Adella residence is a residential complex with controlled access, sutuated on a plot of 7000 sq m and has 175 apartments on total build-up area of 16 000 sq m. The two buildings consist of nine overground floors, one top floor and one common underground floor. There's a one-storey garage body attached to building A. The complex offers a rich variety of one-and two-bedroom apartments to match every taste and budget, as well as satisfies all requirements regading floor, exposure and size.

The large plot of Adella residence allows the implementation of rich greenery and parking spaces.
